編舞者陳柏潔擁有多元的專業藝術工作經驗，包含職業舞者、藝術行政、製作人及策展人。這部作品目的在於向一般大眾分享舞蹈不同的面向，她以一位舞蹈工作者，獨自一人在排練場所經歷的回憶為出發點。將一名舞者學習的舞蹈技術和其歷經的思考過程，以講座式展演（lecture performance）淺顯易懂的方式呈現。
Choreographer Po-Chieh CHEN possesses diverse professional experience in the field of arts, including roles as a professional dancer, arts administrator, producer, and curator. The purpose of this work is to share the various aspects of dance with the general public. Drawing from her own experiences as a dance practitioner, she takes the memories and moments she has gone through in rehearsal spaces as a starting point.
Through a lecture performance, the piece aims to present the dance techniques a dancer learns and the thought processes they go through in a clear and understandable manner.
